Prices are per account in US dollars. A Family plan covers 5 people including you; everyone in it keeps their own binder, and nobody in it can see anybody else’s.
A seat gives each person Plus’s room — no limit on entries or storage — and lets them share with anyone else in the family. Beyond the family they can share with one person, as on Free. Someone who wants to share more widely takes a plan of their own; the seat and the plan sit happily together.
Remove someone and they keep everything they have written. They go back to the Free plan, and choose who they still want to share with.
